I help individuals who struggle with feelings of guilt and shame around food and body.\u00a0 Together, we work to regain your health, rebuild self-trust, and develop a healthy relationship with food and your body. Health is not determined by body size. Instead of allowing a scale to define your self worth, we will instead focus on how food, activity, sleep and stress management make you FEEL, and we will work together to get you feeling your best.<\/p><p>I take a non-restrictive, well-balanced diet approach.
