Hi, I'm Erin

Hi! I’m Erin Dragutsky, a native Memphian, a mom, a lover of warm weather, and a health and fitness enthusiast.

As a non-diet dietitian, I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach nor restrict or eliminate entire food groups. Instead, I work to understand your unique nutrition needs and goals and provide personalized nutrition information, encouragement, and accountability. I will guide you in realigning with your hunger and fullness and trusting your inner wisdom about nourishing your body. Diets will be a thing of the past.

I specialize in disordered eating and body image. I help individuals who struggle with feelings of guilt and shame around food and body.  Together, we work to regain your health, rebuild self-trust, and develop a healthy relationship with food and your body. Health is not determined by body size. Instead of allowing a scale to define your self worth, we will instead focus on how food, activity, sleep and stress management make you FEEL, and we will work together to get you feeling your best.

I take a non-restrictive, well-balanced diet approach. By working with me, you will experience food freedom by being able to trust your body to guide your nutrition choices.
